Our Transfer of Innovation – Good ideas taken further

European Commission set in place Transfer of Innovation projects for a clear reason.

The aim of Leonardo da Vinci Multilateral Projects "Transfer of Innovation" is to improve the quality and attractiveness of Vocational Education and Training (VET) in the participating countries by transferring existing innovations to new legal, systemic, sector, linguistic, socio-cultural and geographic environments through working with transnational partners. Innovation transfer projects generate synergies by exploiting existing VET innovations (no "re-inventing the wheel"). You can read more about this following http://ec.europa.eu/education/llp/doc/call13/fiches/ldv7_en.pdf.

MyCompass project followed this line and:

  1. Blended results from 2 projects (see left tabs) and 6 years experience in prison education, adapting them according to our new partnership (work done in WP 2 and WP 3)
  2. Transferred from initial social welfare environment and test them into the new environment of juvenile justice with connections to correctional criminal justice (work done in WP 4)
  3.  Integrate the materials and method into the daily routine of learning facilitators working in juvenile justice (work done in WP 6 and WP 7).
