CPIP supporting the use of informal and non-formal learning in the workplace as a complement to a formal training course; CPIP is committed to mainstreaming the principle of equal opportunities for women and men, youth and seniors into the public policies and associated practices, as an integral part of democratization and the creation of an open society. CPIP promote reintegration in society of all disadvantaged groups using ICT-based social networking tools and platforms to re-attract individuals who are at risk-of exclusion and so offer the potential to reconnect these âat riskâ groups to public services and learning;
CPIP will be responsible for the overall coordination of the project and the eventual achievement of project goals. CPIP will be in charge of the project management WP1 ensuring the exchange of information and supporting the communication among the partners, monitoring, fixing schedules, budget control, leading the steering committee, monitoring and reporting , planning and recording meetings, setting up and maintenance of internal project communication. CPIP will organize the first project meeting in Timisoara/RO 2012.CPIP will also be responsible for the sub-contracting service regarding MyCOMPASS visual identity, web-page and Intranet. CPIP will be the leader of WP3 “Development of My COMPASS Framework for Key Competencies” and co-leadear of WP “Exploitation and Sustainability”.
CPIP will offer contribution for internal evaluation and will support the external one by providing information. Will subcontract an external evaluator.Will take an active part in all project meetings.
